Implementation Intern - Legal Technology

InfiniGlobe is seeking a motivated Implementation Intern to join our team and support the implementation of legal technology solutions for corporate legal departments. This internship offers hands-on experience with leading legal platforms, including CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and ELM (Enterprise Legal Management) systems, as well as the opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the legal tech space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration and customization of legal technology platforms, such as Onit, TeamConnect, Agiloft, and others, based on client requirements.

• Work closely with project managers and implementation specialists to gather requirements from clients and ensure they are translated into effective solutions.

• Participate in data migration activities, supporting data validation, mapping, and clean-up from legacy systems.

• Assist in testing and troubleshooting legal technology solutions to ensure smooth implementations and resolve technical issues.

• Support the creation of technical documentation, such as workflows, user guides, and configuration notes.

• Provide post-implementation support to clients, helping them adopt and utilize the new systems effectively.

• Stay up to date with the latest legal technology trends and platforms to contribute fresh insights to ongoing projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Legal Technology, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of legal operations or legal technology platforms is a plus, but not required.

• Strong interest in technology, with a desire to learn more about CLM, ELM, and legal tech implementations.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools, data migration, or software testing is a plus.

• Some knowledge of platforms such as Onit, TeamConnect, Agiloft, or SimpleLegal is preferred, but training will be provided.
