InfiniGlobe is seeking a skilled TeamConnect Implementation Specialist to manage the full lifecycle implementation of TeamConnect for our clients. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of the platform, providing technical expertise in configuration, customization, and data migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of TeamConnect, including configuration, customizations, integrations, and data migration.

• Configure and customize TeamConnect features and modules to align with client-specific business requirements.

• Collaborate with client IT and technical teams to integrate TeamConnect with other legal systems (e.g., eBilling, Matter Management, and Contract Management tools).

• Design and develop custom solutions using Java, JavaScript, SQL, and web services (SOAP, REST) to enhance TeamConnect functionality.

• Perform data migrations from legacy systems to TeamConnect, ensuring data integrity and accurate mapping.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.

• Provide technical support for system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance of the TeamConnect environment.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, data migration scripts, and user manuals.

• Stay updated on TeamConnect software updates and legal technology trends, applying them to improve client implementations.

• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of the TeamConnect platform to meet client performance requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with TeamConnect deployment, configuration, and customization.

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and SQL for building and troubleshooting custom integrations and workflows within TeamConnect.

• Expertise in data migration processes, with experience in RDBMS technologies such as Oracle or SQL Server.

• Experience working with web services (SOAP, REST) to integrate TeamConnect with external systems and applications.

• Strong understanding of TeamConnect APIs and custom development.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD pipelines for deploying TeamConnect customizations.

• Experience troubleshooting TeamConnect system performance, configuration, and third-party integrations.

• Excellent communication skills to work closely with technical teams and explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with document management, eBilling, and matter management systems.

• Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server databases.

• Knowledge of Agiloft, Onit, or similar legal technology platforms.

• Certifications in TeamConnect or related legal technology platforms, with PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certifications being a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
